If you pay via check, e-check, or money order, your products will be held until your payment has been received and cleared.
Our preferred shipping method for most domestic purchases is USPS Priority Mail, but we may choose to ship using UPS or other shipping vendors in certain circumstances. International orders will generally be shipped via USPS Priority International Mail, or First Class International for lighter products.
Shipping and Handling time may vary depending on the type and quantity of items you are purchasing. For most items requiring special handling time, this information will be provided in the product listing. If you are concerned about processing time, please email us for an estimate before ordering.
CDS is not responsible for damage caused in transit, once an item leaves our hands. For this reason, we offer our clients the option to purchase shipping insurance (insurance may not be available on international orders). If you choose not to purchase shipping insurance, we will not provide refunds based on missing or damaged items.
Returns & Refunds:
We do not generally provide refunds, but will consider them on a case-by-case basis. In the event we decide to issue a refund, the customer will be required to return the item in question, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges (except in cases where a wrong or faulty item was sent).
